182 this morning and still 6'1 - I was 220-240 for the last two years of my failed drinking career

I hope to never see 200 again - I ride my bike for at least an hour a day to make sure.

I am down to 183 from 198 slow and sure, I have been sick for the last two week I am going to get back to the gym Monday
