14- down to 265..
I only lost a few lbs this week as I was sick most of it..
First cold of the yr..Kept me out of the gym..
I did knot want to snot all over the equipment.
I'm still down 14 lbs which is great I am starting to feel the benefit of being lighter already..

Went back to my nutritionist.. she told me to eat more seeds.... and fish.... i explained i was going for cod in a month and hopefully would have a nice supply for awhile..

I might drop out of this here, as i've really slowed down and haven't exactly been doing the dieting sort of thing, but. I have lost another 4  I'm pretty content staying with where I am. We shall see |

No one is allowed to drop  ....especially when they are doing good with it like you. Keep it up....keep going its only 2 more months . weigh in is tomorrow and I'm sure everybody is slowing down a little it always comes off faster the 1st few weeks. |
