good luck to you slingah, I used to own a wood floor company, your backs gonna be hurtin come Sunday night, going with pre-finished or are you gonna sand em yourself? always hated sanding the most

I'm gonna sand...I have sanded many floors in my day, but havent layed many...3 bedrooms and a hall on the 2nd floor to lay/sand/poly....then sand and poly 1rst floor......plus hang new doors and repaint ceilings, walls and trim...
my back is already a bit sore
