Yeah the juice is loaded with calories thats why I was asking what else is good.Thanks for your reply.I've been eating salads,green beans and broccoli daily but still don't feel regular.I may look into a fiber supplement.

Try Kashi cereals, flax seed high fiber breads, dates, figs, prunes, apples and RAW veggies including carrots....you will move..
