Your "COOL" Rockfish. Your plugs are awesome I can't get over the variations of plugs and paint jobs.

Thanks but, there are guys on this forum that have fogotten more about plugs and plug building than I will ever know, I built my first plugs out of nessesity, they built from love and admiration of the plugs and the pioneer men that built before them... The paint doesnt mean much, I've caught fish on the sealed wooden test models... that told me all I needed to know.

Yeah I understand that. I got a bag full of beat up plugs and I always go back to the trusted old Darter with the paint almost gone from the hooks and rocks. I am new at the building of plugs. Started this year and have learned allot and also have a alot to learn from the older guys. I haven't graduated from needles yet. But having fun along the way.

Cuthogue... you have allready learned one very important lesson.... master one plug , get comfortable with it, then you can move on the the next one...The learning process is slow and continual... you never stop learning..
