Just a note. Bill Nolan (#^^^^^^&) turned me on to the Ande Backcountry about 3 years ago. Up until then it was hard to find. I used it in the surf and couldn't believe the abrasion resistance, the lack of memory and the suppleness of the line. I now use it on all my spinning reels on my boat.It is just the best mono available. I was a confirmed Big game mono guy before he told me about Backcountry. Try it.

I was using fireline on all my reels. I got tired of wind knots did not have many but always at the worst of times. I tried Backcountry 20#
for the fall run and I'm hooked. I also will be using it on all my spinning
gear

So there is a big difference between Big Game 20, and Ande ?
The tackle store didn`t have Ande, so I bought the other.
If it`s that good, I`ll use that, I don`t care
