I have seen woman/men reading hard cover books traveling down the to the Cape on route 25, reading/working on term papers, magazines, scratching tickets, typing onto a mounted and unmounted computor, reading one of those large map books, turning around and wiping childs face clean of donut residue doing 40 m.p.h., watching movies on a cd player sitting on dashboard and on the front passenger seat, geez it goes on and on. And we wonder why we pay so much in insurance.

Want to see something funny from my perspective is when the person drinking a beer, tipping it waaaayyyyy back and when its all gone, looks to his/her right and there is the cruiser sitting here. Oh chit. The color drains out of the persons face so fast. Even worse and really without comparison is the current problem of shooting heroin and driving down the street.
