This subject has been brought up before I live in n.k. and would love to see the pier come. I don't think it will there is just to much money and power in that neck of the woods to compete against. In the 15 years I have been fishing I have seen a number of spots go by bye's it sucks but I wouldnt want my backyard to become a dump littered with clamworm boxes, dirty diapers,and scup hooks.
