Would straight cocaine possession be a felony in Califruity--of all places?? Possession of a Class B here is just a misdemeanor, even as a subsequent offense.

When her career completely nose-dives, and they find her in an alley or gutter passed out or OD'ing, who will thy blame for not stopping her from that self destructive behavior?
