Slip - you are going to love it. I signed up for the whole bang long ago and find the service excellent. I now get everything in one bill. 2 land lines, cells, cable, internet and I saved a bundle over RCN.
I also found that when there is a problem they answer quickly and have knowledgable techs to talk to. Speeeek engelisc also!
I've dealt with Verizon DSL tech support several times and my main complaint was non-English speaking agents..Can't understand a f%$#@ word they say.. JohnR can confirm that one..
