ID Fraud should be a capital crime.

He that would make his own liberty secure, must guard even his enemy from oppression; for if he violates this duty, he establishes a precedent that will reach to himself.

Bob I just googled "Blizzard Ent elecupgrd." It appears that this is from a company called Blizzard Entertainment. They are a gaming company associated with World of Warcraft which is an extremely popular and addictive online game. You can read a bunch of posts and stories of people who had the same 3 charges on their credit cards. It appears some hackers who want to upgrade their gaming service have found a way to do it through cc fraud.

The charm of fishing is that it is the pursuit of what is elusive but attainable, a perpetual series of occasions for hope. ~John Buchan

Also please remember you have limited liability with a credit card.
However with a DEBIT card, you are completely liable for any fraudulent use.
I am going back to cash or at least trying to we are so depend on them in our society.

Yup....it sux!! I did the online search as well and it appears to be a widespread problem with that particular site. That's why I ask that the site be held accountable. Obviously, there is some sort of problem if it's happening so often on that site. Pain in the arse!

Credit Card Companies

I once charged a woman with larceny over diverse dates totaling $14,000.00 plus dollars. Credt card company reneged on coming to court the day of the trial and the case was dismissed. If you buy on line only have a small amount of credit like $250.. or $300.00 credit line you could never get hurt to bad. Most of the time if you report to the local p.d. and get a copy of the log item and mail it to them they cancell out the charge. You have no idea how many people have tried to report theft when it was legitimate charge they just dont want to pay for. Created a whole new crime almost.
