Raven, does the Ginko ever make your heart race and get you all edgy? I took some the other day, and i wasn't sure if it was just the horrendous day I was having at work or the Ginko. I am nervous to take it again.

it's not laced with caffiene if thats what your thinkin..
it delivers more oxygen to your brain is what it does
to make you more mentally alert
when we dropped the atom bomb on hiroshima -> a GINKO BILOBA tree
was smack dab in the middle of ground ZERO
and that sucker grew back again.

I know a couple of guys who take it and they said it lowered their blood pressure.

i'll try that combined with pressure lol and then test it...

when you're really fried and need to get up mentally for something (meeting, etc) have some dark chocolate, the darker the better. kicks the brain into gear with alittle less jitteryness than coffee. Lindt 85% cocoa is pretty good.

well thats because
chocolate has caffiene in it too...
but i believe there is something else in it
that may account for that.... i'll check
