Now if the price tag was 60K or so I would buy one today. But just looking at it I bet 120K+ easy. The Cape Cod 26 is very similar 26' single yanmar (same choice).. They are in the 100K range. I like the way the north rip looks...it has an agressive, almost semi- rybovitch look to it. Thanks for the post. If you own it.....care to let me take a peek?
