Saving a buck yea.....raising my frickin blood pressure doing it. nbt now doesnt give you the option of hmo blue either...interesting.
tufts, neighborhood health, or fallon.

Tufts is still cheaper than the others.

Up to 2 years ago i was with hmo blue and my policy was directly with them directly. they stopped writing direct policies for one company under 6 employees and forced us to go join a private business trust like nbt, sbsb, etc.

Friggin rates went thru the roof and you have to pay a $100 a year "membership" fee. ya right.

all the rates are predicated on your "sic" code....so i said screw you guys you wanna play that game i will too. rules state you got to be a full time business min 40 hours a week...i own two full times businesses at over 80 hours a week. they can audit all they want too cuz they'll find me in there 7 days a week

at some point this stuff got to stop this is just absolute nutso.

massholio now says every resident HAS to have health ins...if not then they're going to start taking out 1/2 of what THEY SAY you should be paying off your income taxes as of next year....so if they say you should be paying $1300 a month then they screw you for 1/2 that even if the policy only costs $600
jerks

gf i can't wait to get the hospital bill, the surgeons bills are already showing up hand is some better but still very much swollen. hopefully pt is going to help with the numb stuff etc.

health insurance %$%$%$%$!!!!! @%#@#$%@#$%@#$

you know I had to go for my yearly last month which led to a second visit and 3 more to another doctor (which all three of those visits could have been done in less than one half hour visit by the way) so now I have had to miss work on 5 different days in the last few weeks on top of that all the co pays for the visits. Lets not mention the amount I pay for insurance to being with.

Simplify.......

Thumbs down

yeah thats why emergency room visits just went up from $50.00
to $150.00 .....but they still took almost 2 hours to see their patient and administer pain relief while they screamed.

It may sound like bs, but that what the letter says. Maybe they are trying to make us sympathetic for 08 when they try and get us to pitch in...
