Mike, the 5/8oz Spin Atom makes one of the best eelskin plugs ever.
Triangular file just aft of the lip for a tie slot and a two inch bead chain withn a 6/0 ss O'Shaunghnessy hook off of the rear end. After the skin is on add a 2/0 belly treble. Whole rig should be 16 inches long and will swim like a real eel.
