Be very wary of EMails claiming to be Paypal or EBay seeking account info or directing you to call a toll free number. The vast majority are scams.

Never respond to emails or use info from emails regarding Paypal. Always go to the site(typed exactly as vanstaal posted)to get info and numbers.
