Terry Bozzio was a real sleeper .. His band was Missing Persons ,,the one with the chic lead singer.. basic top 40 band .  The gurl was beautiful and scantily clad .. I never noticed they even had a drummer.. I wasn't crazy about the band ... I think his best work was with Zappa ... Saw him last year play The Black Page ,,, still unbalievable ... here's a bio

Buddy Rich--great talent but an absolutely horrid human being, and the biggest prick in the business to work for.
Ed Shaugnessey from the original Tonight Show band was a very good, and vastly underrated, drummer
