I can, Im on it as we speak. Haven't really seen much memorial services or anything of that sort around campus which is pretty sad but it is still early.

Ya i have always wanted to but I leave in 5 days and got 5 finals to take before hand, so we will see. The weirdest thing about that memorial is that it attracts 1000's of japanese tourists. Don't they feel a little guilty or out of place???

They should not feel guilty or out of place! If they are there it is out of a sense of loyalty, obligation or respect! Perhaps they lost a family member there in the battle? That was an act of War......you are required to do some pretty terrible things in War and the flyers who were on that mission had their orders. Many of the Japanese flyers have reconciled with many of the American veterans who were there that morning. They have met, shaken hands and broke bread together. Days like this are for forgiving and remembering. I have great admiration for those who stood out there on that morning in defense of our country and I can not begin to fathom what it must be like to face something like that!
