Nice plugs.perhaps slightly hopped up.I think a trouble maker surfster with the changed out lip to the pikie lip has better action.Even with the surfster lip i think it's a better plug.But different.I would rather he did the 40's.I liked HABS 40's better an if u can get some of Ryans 3 oz danny's I think they are better also.BM has made this little hysteria by limiting his runs of plugs styles to one or two per yr.They flock to by em up an then sell em for a overated value on e-pay.i think it's funny how some guys go gaga over em.

Don't look for Blur-ple in the dark metallic. I bought the last ones today. Had to do it but the pocket book took a hit.

Remember plugs only sell out if they catch fish. So if 300 plugs are made or 1,000 and they fly off the shelves they have to be catching. Other wise they collect dust in the shop.

the older style (without the eyes) have worked pretty well for me. they are a blast drifting them in the breachways.

If the blur-ple is the cowboy with the black top and dark purple bottom then they had 10 more on their shelf as of today, I also could not resist.

There are two different versions. The ones I got are dark metallic purple and black not the lighter almost lavender/black which he had a bunch of too.

I must have the lavender/black eventhough it looks purple it is not the blueish/purple better know as you said blur-ple. THX for the clarification.

BM cowboys
There are 2 colors.
Traditional black and purple or Purple haze which is black with a purple hue over it.
