Arrow oh yeah

i forgot to mention i had one in spring too....but didnt know what it could be and just toughed it out...only took one day... i lived.

2nd time: i then new i had a serious condition developing and took it
much more seriously...

i tend to be very pro-active with my health solutions
and sometimes thats thought to be an act of non -cooperation
by Doctors as aposed to someone wanting to take an active role
in their own road back to health.

Hey raven,

How's the Tramadol working for you?

What milligram did you get?

Keep us posted on the outcome of the rocky situation.

Insanity is a long and winding road ... I think I finally made it there.

Thumbs up JPI

puha appears to be a name for a green vegetable that grows in new zealand...
it probably has the same compound in it that spinach does.
------------------------------------------------------------------------
i bought like 40 bucks worth of vitamins today
kiwi -fruit for enzymes/ plus fresh vit. C
drank some thick super food green beverage chock full of spirulina
had fresh (frozen ) sugar snap peas for green food tonight with
some jumbo scallops (for magnesium) and steak fried taters
followed by pineapple yogurt over fresh cut pineapple.

basicly the kick your kidneys ass dinner special.
so...with that kind of appetite .... i'm doing fine

but i won't be drinkin beer for a long time.

I hope you are treated, as nicely as I was today.

Raven,

When you say "to the hospital to have it smashed" are you saying their going to hit it with sound waves to try and break it up or are you going in for surgery to have it balsted with the laser?

Insanity is a long and winding road ... I think I finally made it there.

too much to read . but the # one reason for kidney stones is dehydration . drink 2 liters of water daily and you may not ever get another . Although 50 percent have return bouts with stones . I just got over a bout myself in August . 1 small stone that hung up half way out . I doubled over after standing up to plug my laptop into one of our network switches then it was 3 days to pass the damn thing . I have had many things happen in my life also that have caused much pain but nothing like this . I litteraly crawled into my house . good thing my new truck is an auto , If it was a standard I never would have made it home . 911 would have been called and then brought me to the hospital .

i'd rather drink 2 liters of BEER than be constantly
peeing all damn day from drinkin that much water.
i tried that ....and i had to pee every 20 minutes...

in fact: now that i think of it... time for an ale.

you should learn to speed read...
