If it's a 1089 how can it be 9 1/2 feet long? Onehundred eight inches is 9 feet!

I would guess that it is a 1089 at 9 feet (opposed to a Batson 1089 at 8'10") or maybe a cut down 1208 if it is infact 9 1/2.

Either way, the mojo statement should be accurate

Nope , your right, got confused...Its nine feet, whatever...its a great rod......I promised it to someone but if that doesnt work out soon, the rod is still availible.......
