Happens to me too. Its usually when I'm really excited about doing something new - then I'll sit down to paint and can't think of anything. I've taken to looking at pictures of fish - not that I'm painting the exact fish - but sometimes I'll see some colors that inspire me - either that or I pour a drink and do something else that night!

Grab a cabellas book and check out colors for lures youd throw and where and you'd be surprised what jumps at ya. |
