well the VP just called, and he's suspended for the rest of the week, and when he comes back, he's not allowed anywhere near me... but this kid is known to hurt people when he's pissed.. so we might have the cops have like survailence on this place tonight... so we're a bit bugged..

Katie, it's hard for you to imagine right now but you have done the right thing. You have stood upto him and others like him. You need to build a coalition of other kids who have been bullied and abused by this kid and have them come forward. He is a loser and in a one one situation he might be smart enough street wise to psyche you out but as a group he is nothing and he will get into further trouble as he goes. Make sure that you folks and the school administration know exactly waht is going on and tell your folks not to be afraid to call the Superintendnt of schools for your town or district. He is supposed to be working for you. Stay smart and stay safe.

Exactly what Flap sais. It is unfortunate that many public schools are like this, particularly in middle and high school, but the administrators need to know when stuff like this happens and they sometimes need to be leaned on (in a nice way) to make sure they stay on a problem.
There is a difference from keeping your mouth closed on a small infraction, but far differenet when a student is wielding a weapon with malice towards you. It is not a call that you should need to make, bump it upstairs to the admins and let them deal with it. Sounds like this kid has more than just this problem - it is a shame really as it happens unfortunatley with a LOT of kids these days.
Also good time to implement a little bit of a buddy system where you have a few freinds around when you can. It does limit chances for things to go wrong.
I see on a near daily basis what middle school admins and to a bit lesser extend, high school admins
go through on a daily basis. It can get pretty tough...

Katie, there was a punk like that when one of my kids were in 7th or 8th grade, kid picked on everyone. On day he shoved my kid to the ground and ripped his jacket off him. My wife found out and went haywire. Next day, my wife goes to pick my kid up from school to check out whats going on with this punk. Well, the little sh$t flips my wife off, bad mistake. Wife hops out of the car and gives the little sh$t a piece of her mind in front of all his friends, punk was crying like a baby when she got done with him. He never picked on another kid again as far as I know. He needed a little lesson on respect cause his parents probably never taught him.
