There's a difference between Coastlocks and Crosslocks.
Coastlocks are made by Rosco and are one of the strongest widely available snaps.
Crosslocks are made by Berkley and  |

I didn't know they were brand names I always thought they were a generic name for a style.I guess its a good thing I've always bought the
Rosco snaps. |

i'm going to try the 60 lb breakaways this year. some north shore friends of mine fished em last year. they seemed great.

I only use a albright/uniknot only never trusted snaps. an old timer told
me a long time ago to tie direct and He has 7 50's to his name so I trust
his advice.
