bucktails of all sizes will definitely be in my bag this season. I figure RI has similar structure to Montauk and those guys down there kill big bass on the them. i'm gonna try "swimming" bucktails in the rocks more this year rather than the traditional jigging motion.

"Fishing with bucktails" is a good book and worth purchasing. I think a better book for understanding bucktail techniques is Al Reinfelders "Baittail Fishing", even though its specific to the use of Alou eels, its still the best Ive read on the subject. Tim Colemans article in drop back bucktailing is good, but its only a few pages long.
