Mr K - I agree with what you are saying and for the shore dude, running more in behind the HS is fair but just look at the structure from say Pt. Allerton to Marshfield - Now access SUCKS in most places and is the biggest problem. BUT if you're willing to do some walking, there are fish there...
Other places to consider is the breakwater at Scituate Harbor, dropping tide from the tip or all the ROCKS at the elbow....
