He runs a Sweat Shop 365 days a year 24/7 ( Unfair labor practices) and its manned by Elves (they prefer to be called "little People")
He Hitches up a bunch of animals and Beats them into the ground every year (PETA, need i say more) and then sneaks into little kids rooms plying them w/ Presents in the Hopes that they will start writing to Him (Now it could be innocent but if Micheal Jackson did it...Whole different story)
