Im not really sure how long it took. Cut the basic shape on the bandsaw and sanded on the beltsander. Had to make sure there were reference lines so it wouldnt get lopsided. Yes, I made the hangers from stainless wire. The holes were filled with devcon 30 min epoxt and allowed the plug to soak it down into the through wire hole. Topped off the holes with wood filler. The plug is totally sealed. Heres a pic of the hanger arrangement:
Note to self: Self get to work, you're fallin' way behind. Bravo FlukinUki!

Great work Fluki!!!!
Having just completed my attempts at building the plug I can understand the enjoyment you had making it. I'm sure just like me you enjoyed the different problems and solutions you came across. I am in a second run of the plugs and did some different things this time. Not saying I lki this version better just tried different things. My next version after this group will be made looking for simpler ways to reproduce. I have some out of the box thoughts on a way to build them quicker and cleaner.
