Rehab my broken ankle so I can fish hard next spring. Get stocking foot waders so I can get good ankle support. Rig sluggos, swap out crummy hooks on my redfins and bombers with some good hooks. ( only good thing about ankle surgery was I got some hypo needles to load refins) Scout out some spots here in Connecticut. Get clients with houses in no access areas to give me access. Convince little old lady I know to let me use her house in Menemsha some time in June. Find braid that I like. walk. Go to CSA meetings

Rebuild a bunch of reels that got hard use this year. Maybe wrap a new rod or two...or four or five.Purchase some new equipment for the boat and install it. Tie bucktails, make plugs, pour rubber.Visit tackle shops,go to tackle/sportsman/boat shows.Read a fishing book or two. Get the truck running right. Tell the wife I'll paint the living room, someday.Invent and manufacture, in the USA, a spinning reel that will combine all the best attributes of the finest reels out there and still cost under 200 bucks.
Practice posing for the magazine cover shot I'll get when I catch that 93 pounder thats been eluding me. Daydream about fishing...alot. Spend time lurking on internet fishing sites.Think about retiring so I can spend more time fishing. That's about it.

Once I get my move past me, which is taking shape quickly, I will be back to doing some of my favorite striper fishing. In a lot of ways I really look forward to my winter fishing, it's simple and stupid, sometimes you can't beat that.

Yeah me bad boy like the rest of you misfits. Cleared about one dollar (I'm serious about the dollar) on a plug and next thing you know I'm as Big as Walmart. My Next move I'll be hiring illegal aliens.
(I better get them from Pluto, I hear the Martians are asking for too much muhla)
Besides I can actually learn stuff here.
