they made 110 million $ PER DAY , last quarter.
that translates to 10 billion for the quarter, they made "only" 25billion in all of 2004

And now the standard has been set where if there's even a rumor of a storm anywhere in the Gulf region, the prices go up

Channel 7 news last night said that Rita will drive the price of gas to $5/gallon! $5 friggin dollars a gallon? That will be over $75 just to fill my Hyundai!

how about over 150 to fill the truck with a range of a little over 400 miles....

Mac,

I didn't EVEN want to do that math. Have a 2003 Trailblazer EXT which has a 25 gal tank. $125............OUCH! Guess I now have a $30k paper weight!

Makes me wish I had renewed the Race sticker on my wifes blazer. 21 mpg is much better than 12 mpg
