2003 chevy silverado 4x4 ext. cab 8 ft. bed with a 5.3 liter engine.
I average 16.2 mpg that's highway, city, beach, pulling my small boat, and pulling an enclosed trailer full of cabinets. I use it for sightseeing, work and fishing.I can only afford one truck and this one does it all. If I drive all highway, I'd get 18-19 easy if I stay at 65 or under.
34 gallon tank cost 100 bucks to fill

The United States Constitution does not exist to grant you rights; those rights are inherent within you. Rather it exists to frame a limited government so that those natural rights can be exercised freely.
1984 was a warning, not a guidebook!
It's time more people spoke up with the truth. Every time we let a leftist lie go uncorrected, the commies get stronger.

2004 TrailBlazer. Computer says 18.5 MPG average. Not so bad for a mid-size SUV. If I took the 700 odd plugs, 2 pair of waders, jackets, 120 qt cooler and assorted other junk out I probably would get 20. I carry too much junk with me.

Man, you must have a death wish, buying a car called the Exploder.
My Escort...not the male one, the Ford one... goes over 300 miles on about 10 gallons. So 30 mpg on average. I haven't bothered to calculate highway versus rural routes. Good fishmobile, as long as I stick to 2-piece rods and one or no passengers.

The worst day fishing is better than the best day working. ...Wait a minute, my work IS fishing. Sweet.
