Just to keep it in perspective, and not that I excuse looting, but a lot of those people are grabing food and diapers, because they don't have any and can't buy any. Not the Tvs are an entirely different deal.
Saw a report about a fairly poor family who lost almost everything in the flood...then they found out their only valuables like a cheap family computer etc... were stolen
