Question: How many civilians were killed in the strategic bombing of Berlin and Hiroshima?
There have always been civilian casualties of war. How about all the folks that died here on 9/11.
Smart bombs have created the words "collateral damage". Perhaps the problems in Iraq were caused by not enough collateral damage.
Flatten the entire place, make it a big sheet of glass then the problem is ended.
