Mac, they don't deserve a tip. It's not like they're getting below minimum wage like a waitress or something. But everybody feels like they should be tipped these days. Every sub shop in my area has a tip jar on the counter.

Mac, I had a friend that has been thru this before and he asked the manager to view the tape of the camera of the day and time. I would suggest doing this ASAP.

I thought about that too. I really don't give a rats patootie about the 10 bux. It is just that girl was so self righteous, she needs to be brought back to reality. If she wants to make tips go down the street and get a job at the restaurant or across the street from it at Alex's. |

Mac I agree...One DD I go to always expects a tip and their attitude sucks...I now go to a different one in the same town, owned by the same guy and they are completely different...  Sometimes I tip sometimes I dont...So dont &&%$^ expect it...  |

i'll tip 'em when i walk thru the door and they just gimmie "the look" and poor my coffee without asking how i want it. usually a shiney nickle or a dime.

She deliberately short-changed you. I could tell by the part where she looked to her co-worker. Ask for the instant replay, she'll get hers. I loathe people who expect tips for 3rd rate service. Next time when you pay, state loudly" HERE'S A TWENTY"  |
