Technically having a cat in a restaraunt is a health hazard and illegal.
But I don't wanna know what kind of health hazard some of the places in Chinatown are without cats. |

Same here, but do you know those squabs that Chinese people serve us? They are from the street, but most of them are brought to restaurants from squab farms. |
