Technically having a cat in a restaraunt is a health hazard and illegal.
But I don't wanna know what kind of health hazard some of the places in Chinatown are without cats.

Same here, but do you know those squabs that Chinese people serve us? They are from the street, but most of them are brought to restaurants from squab farms.
