Tagger, I just checked my finish on the last batch and I spin it in my hand and notice the humps like you had I guess
It wasn't spinning perfect and would jump, maybe because the wire wasn't perfectly straight or like you said, the weighting, but it happened on stuff that had no weight yet or very little.
I'll try a shorter run of them and be sure the wire is taught and straight next time , or back to something else.
