CS... I make the loops teh old fashioned way by hand. Round nose pliers for smaller loops and a bolt in a vise for larger loops. I looked into get a fancy dancy bender and it wasn't worth teh cost for me.

yeh! i do the same thing...right now,,,but I'm one of those nut's that love's to make something reguardless of how much time it takes....when I could go out an buy one already made....I love a good challenge plus most of the stuff u buy today is cheap, meaning I'll always make it with better materials.

Sammy, I read somewhere that you could take a couple of nails in a 2x4 and make a jig for those nose loops. Dremel the heads off, bigger nails for bigger loops, different patterns, crazy?

I just got the metal one like Pogie as well. Only problem is that the instructions are in Japanese or Chinese
