in the PROJO today, Saudi is asking OPEC to up production, won't make it to the streets for 45 days or so.
I predict the price won't drop significantly till after the election. Many of the oil producing nations want Bush out for obvious reasons. They know Americans are STUPID and BELIEVE that the president controls the oil price because of his ties to the oil industry.
