Walk the shores of Westerly... and wait for one to wash up in the surf, attached to a flourocarbon leader with a silver barrel swivel, or get etremely lucky at a raffle... or keep fishing long enough, and if you're REAL LUCKY ... you'll find one attached to a LARGE bass.
