`Went out to lower bay this am and caught a bunch of short everything. Not a lot of birds or bait. Packing for Maine tomorrow, caddis hatch on the WB .

My mechanic is here tomorrow morning. 80 preventive maintenance, 20% got a check engine light and we need to figure that out

Bite is brutal right now. Went through >100 short sea bass to get a limit out front. Marked very little bait.

Same report from a friend who said three guys went through 200+ shorts to get even close to a limit. Be out Monday with him and hope we can do better, might take him into a trip close to the vineyard where I used to do well on sea bass.
