Without energy the US has a trade surplus with Canada.
We use that lower cost energy and oil that is imported if not used in the USA is exported for profit.
Fentanyl is another line of baloney
In 2024 -
The US seized 43 lbs of fentanyl coming from Canada.
Canada seized 946 lbs of fentanyl coming from the US.
