That all will come to an end thankfully. Maybe the elites will have to pay a little more for their roofs, aint that a crying shame.

I was citing one anecdote that just because it’s an immigrant crew doesn’t necessarily mean it’s bad. Many of the issues you mentioned can be mitigated by a guest worker program that’s above the table with employer enforcement, and yes, a lot of illegal workers today do pay taxes and receive no direct benefits.
Housing costs are already sky high and simply deporting people is only going to drive them higher, this isn’t a problem for just the elite, it’s really hurting first time home owners.

People who are here illegally, means they committed a crime, they are criminals. Pretty sure I have lots more knowledge of how they use the system than you. I live and work amongst them every day And please dont give me that crap that they are paying taxes...that is total BS.

Not necessarily, being here illegally isn’t alone a crime. For it to be a crime a person would had to have been removed and then found to be back in the US. Remember about half of undocumented people have simply overstayed their visa.
As for taxes, I’d wager a lot of the undocumented folks you encounter in the trades are off the books when it comes to state and federal but not all undocumented immigrants are and they all pay other taxes to the tune of about $100 billion a year.
Listen, I’m not saying illegal imigrants all do great work but it seems more like the business owners are looking to make more money through cheaper labor and most people don’t know the difference which is always going to be a problem if the system isn’t reformed.
