 | Sure Paul. Tell that to the mayors of Chicago suburbs who Lightfoot dumped them on.
https://www.foxnews.com/politics/ill...-texas-suburbs
Look, I give the GOP a huge fat F on this issue. But as of today, it's the left that thinks it's virtuous to incentivize more illegals to come, the left who think it's virtuous to not deport them. Fine. You want 'em, you got 'em. |

Texas Gov. Greg Abbott has refused to coordinate with New York on the asylum seekers he’s bused to the city since May, Mayor Eric Adams said Sunday, citing six more buses that arrived this morning.

Speaking on ABC’s This Week, Adams said moments of crisis call for coordination, but the city wasn’t being notified of when buses of migrant families were arriving.

“We reached out to Governor Abbott when we first discovered that he was compelling people to get on the bus, he was tagging them. He was sending them on a 45-hour ride, without any proper food, water or medical care,” Adams said. “We've reached out and stated [to say] let's coordinate and work together so we can deal with this crisis together. They refused to do so.”

Migrants who were flown to Martha's Vineyard as part of an anti-liberal political stunt by Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis were given brochures falsely promising cash assistance, job placement services, and more, according to their lawyers.

The Boston-headquartered Lawyers for Civil Rights, which is representing about 30 of the immigrants flown to Martha's Vineyard, shared links to photos of the brochure via Twitter. The group says the migrants received the brochure "at some point during their expulsion and relocation from Texas & Florida." |

				 | What we understand is a Venezuelan migrant was paid a bird-dog fee to recruit 50 migrants
Seems bird dog fees are illegal in Texas

Iowa Rep. Steve King's analogy that allowing certain immigrants into the United States is like selecting quality dogs

What’s truly amazing this comment is from 2012. Just showing Republicans haven’t evolved on the immigration issue. They don’t want it fixed

Plus U.S. arrests along Mexico border top 2 million a year for first time

So we arrested 2millon which means Stopped ! But Republicans claim we have open borders

I bet if those 50 migrants landed in Florida from Cuba Ron would have given them all hugs and hand shakes for escaping communist or socialist rule

But the Republican base are so uninformed they have no idea Venezuela is ruled by Nicolás Maduro. And a country they always insist America is turning into under democrats

We're aimed at a singular mission, ensuring that the Venezuelan people get the democracy that they so richly deserved," U.S. Secretary of State Mike Pompeo said Sunday on CNN.

President Trump and his supporters boast of the president's leadership in confronting Mr. Maduro,

The Republican National Committee on Thursday took a heavy swipe at Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez – the 28-year-old Latina who unseated a long-serving Democratic congressman in New York’s June primary – comparing her to Venezuelan strongman Nicolás Maduro.

Yep Republicans dishonesty has no limits

				 | The Venezuelans whom DeSantis flew to Martha’s Vineyard were in the United States seeking asylum. They followed U.S. law. They are not 'illegal aliens.'They are here legally, if you disagree with the law perhaps you can find support for changing it.
Some think that the type of person who gets themselves out of a dangerous situation, walks thousands of miles through potential hostile territory, all to create a life with stability, security, and opportunity, will probably be a very productive member of whatever society welcomes them.
But many Republicans are cynical people lacking in basic human empathy. As such, they think any act of kindness by others must be a con, because that's what it'd be if they were doing it.

What would you suggest we do, with 2 million people a year who cross illegally? The Washington Post says there were 2 million illegal crossings in just the past 11 months, when we've never had a full year over 2 million before. What would you do with them all? (Answer: whatever MSNBC tells you we should do with them).

"Even if they all stayed 2 million in a country of 300 million is like peeing in the ocean then claiming it will turn it yellow "

(1) it's 2 million IN ONE YEAR. Not 2 million for all time. If that number was so digestable, why did Chicago and Marthas Vineyard get rid of them so quickly? Why don't these liberal enclaves want these people? Seems like they should want them to stay?

Easy to lob insults. Try something harder, try telling us what you'd do with 2 million illegals a year.

"But Republicans are afraid their white European existence is being diminished . And do what they have always done attack those who are different"

Ah, the race card, the last desperate ploy of a liberal losing the argument. The GOP is in favor of legal immigration. Especially now, since it looks like Latinos are shifting right. But you keep spouting nonsense and then screaming "racism" when you get called out for it. It's a great strategy. |

Why do you still insist they came crossed illegally Even law enforcement states these people were here legally. They were documented. They stay here until they get deported, if that happens. In teh meantime, they need a place to live and food and medical care and social services and schools. When Obama put them in cages, not a peep. When Trump used the same exact cages, it was a crime against humanity.

It's "your" truth. Not "the" truth. Which side want school choice? Which side implemented criminal justice reform? |

				 | Desantis’ office has copies of consent forms reportedly signed by every immigrant he shipped to the vineyard.
Do kidnapping victims, and human trafficking victims, typically sign documents affirming their consent to being kidnapped?

If liberals believe what they claim to believe ( and they absolutely do not in this issue) they’d welcome these people with open arms, instead of getting them out of their sight as soon as possible.

 | Gov. Ron DeSantis (R-FL), when asked why the state paid to transport migrants from Texas instead of from Florida:
