I know lots of people who worked in NY on 9/11 and they ALL were scared.

How about you try to follow. She said for a very short period of time when the guy was banging on the door and saying where is she, she was afraid. That is not miss speaking, that is being afraid. Her office is a short walk from the capitol and I think it's connected by a tunnel. The Capitol Police were worried enough that they told her to evacuate the building.
