While former Vice President Joe Biden oversaw foreign policy in Ukraine, his son Hunter Biden served on the board of Burisma Holdings, the largest gas company in the fledgling democracy.
Despite a recently concluded investigation by Senate Republicans that found no wrongdoing by the Bidens, claims to the contrary have continued to circulate on social media.

Your first sentence seems to suggest that Biden didn't actually threaten to withhold aid, and that I'm engaging in conspiracy theories. Then your next sentence seems to suggest that everyone knows Biden threatened to withhold aid.
You asked if I could say why he threatened to withhold aid. Here's my post you responded to:

WDMSO, when you read that sentence, it's not crystal clear why I believe Biden threatened to withhold aid?
