There is such a difference between the Cape and where I live. 65 or 70 miles and I still have nothing but white on the ground. Hopefully we get some melting today and tomorrow.
I lost 60 pounds last year and have kept it off but cutting wood, doing remodeling projects for us and a few side hustle jobs.

Thanks man. It is tough all the time. I so want a bottle of good red wine, a loaf of Sicilian bread and a plate of pasta but I can't do it anymore.

Three of my favorite things, in fact it’s Italian night tonight, but I walked 18 yesterday so I’m ready for a good meal and a nice red.
