Right now, under the rules as the leader of the Republican Party has defined them, Kamala Harris on January 6, 2025, has the right to name anyone she wants as president for the term that begins two weeks later.

Someone didn't think that through. KH names Biden again, in 4 years she names herself, in 8 years her VP names KH again and so on. |
