In my opinion, you have two camps.
1. People who believe in science.
2. People who were so bad at science in High School, that they refer to every mysterious thing in life as "Deep State."
IMHO,
It would be like me calling all the amazing work by many of my cabinet maker friends as "Deep Shop."
