You need to ask those who gave the loan... why do you hate Bidens son what is your end game ? Other than trying to make Biden Sr look bad if gets the nomination.. if he doesn't i am 100% postive you wont bring it up again. Its called smearing not concern
Also Biden didn't get a 130 million personal loan did he.. also

Maybe he is just resentful that a person such as Biden’s son can cut to the front of the line simply because his Dad is a global influencer. The kid is a born loser that has been enabled by his “ hands on” Dad.

"what is your end game ?"
To show your unwillingness to investigate the fishy dealings of the Bidens.
