Supposedly, proposed changes are highlighted in red in the linked document. The striped-bass section still says 1@28 for recs and nothing is red.

I didn,t get any notice on bass either .
quotas ><> suppose to be a status quo for tautog & fluke , finally a increase in Sea Bass &&&&&& ??????????? a reduction in Scup .  |
